Not receiving our emails?

If you have not received a confirmation email or your "E-mail me my password" email messages then please verify that you entered your email address correctly. If it is correct then in all likelihood there is a spam blocker misidentifying your email as spam and preventing it from getting through.
If you are unable to correct the
situation then you will need to create a new email account with a company that
will permit your legitimate email through. We recommend Google or Hotmail. They use spam filters but they will place unknown email into a
special "bulk mail" folder, rather than just delete it. | |
